Elementary CAP Curriculum

TRAINER OF FACILITATORS TRAINING

WHEN: August 9, 10, and 11, 2011

WHO: CAP Facilitators who are certified in Elementary CAP and have conducted

100 workshops or have one year of experience with the Elementary CAP Curriculum in the classroom.

This training gathers CAP facilitators from projects around the globe, to ICAP’s headquarters in New Jersey… to become certified trainers in the Elementary CAP curriculum.

Trainees benefit from training from experienced ICAP trainers as well as networking with other CAP projects. On one of the evenings of the training, trainees are welcome to join ICAP staff on a planned excursion to historic Philadelphia or other local sites. More information will follow.

COST: Registration fee is $300.00. This includes:

·  Morning refreshments and lunch for all three days

All accommodations, evening meals and transportation are the responsibility of the participants.

Registrations must be made with ICAP by July 15, 2011.

HOTEL: Two local hotels : Fairfield Inn and The Residence Inn by Marriott. Participants must make their own reservations for hotel.

SHUTTLE: ICAP/EIRC is approximately twenty miles from the Philadelphia airport. After arrival from airport, collect luggage, go to ground transportation and pick up courtesy phone and call “Rapid Rover” (dial #21). It will take approximately 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. For return trip, call 856-428-1500, for Rapid Rover to pick you up. They request a 24-hour notice in advance.
