Biography

Established in 1997 Europa Group manages more than 450,000 insurance policies and employs over 600 staff in purpose built offices. They are vastly experienced at providing insurance solutions to the end customer, insurance brokers and affinity partners, including all administration services of Ford’s customer insurance programme. This includes the private car and commercial vehicle ‘Free to Go’ system, quotes, policy amendments and renewals.

The group has a history of supporting major brands such as the AA, Kwikfit and Blackhorse.

Innovation has also played a major part in the group development and can be evidenced by the support given to GoCompare which started life as an appointed representative of Europa Group.

Dave is month in, month out an exemplary sales agent, and an inspiration to anyone around him. Dave is constantly one of the department’s top performers though out the year, changing his areas of expertise to suit the changing seasonal business model of the sales floor. Dave prides himself in providing work to an exceptionally high standard, promoting the Europa brand, and living its values. Dave is always happy to help and encourage others, coaching his colleagues to deliver better results through increased product knowledge and belief in our brands, products, and partners. Dave is not afraid to step up, looking after the sales floor in the absence of managers, and undertaking ad-hoc assignments within other arears of the business. Dave builds his rapport with customers in a way that is difficult to rival, he talks about bikes and cars with great knowledge and conviction, and is always hungry to lean more, listening to his customers and talking to them on a level, creating a great customer experience.

For these reasons Dave Reynolds is Europa Sales agent of the Year and is presented to you for consideration as Sales Agent of the South West.

Who is Dave Reynolds?

Dave is a Sales agent and insurance representative for Europa Group, Thornbury. Working in a busy sales department that can number 20-60 agents season depending, covering both new business and renewals, across Motorcycle direct, One Quote direct, Wiser Choice, AA, RAC, and Nissan insurance brands. Dave has been working in insurance since 2002, and has worked for Allianz, RAC and Brightside group, before starting at Europa in July 2011. Straight away carving out a reputation for himself as the department’s top sales person, his revenue and add-on conversion always significantly higher than that of his colleagues, and his call scorings always higher than required to meet the business needs. Dave has continued to perform to this level tirelessly for many years, while developing his knowledge of the insurance industry, the underwriting side of the business, and the processes and procedures we use as a company. Dave is always smiling and happy to go out of the way to help customers and colleagues. Out of work Dave is a keen biker, and father of 3 amazing children, on a typical day off he is tinkering with his car or bike, entertaining the kids, or engrossed in DIY around the family home.

Dave was and still continues to be a top performer in the department, his 2016 sales stats were an inspiration for his colleagues and managers alike, his drive to work to the highest of standards both from a Sales and Customer Service perspective is a real breath of fresh air. Dave is always smartly attired and punctual setting the right example for his peers. Dave always pushes himself over and above the required level for the good of the business and its customers.
