A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to validating certain actions and the boundaries of the Acton Municipal Utility District.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:

SECTION1.DEFINITION. In this Act, "district" means the Acton Municipal Utility District.

SECTION2.VALIDATION. The following actions and annexations of the district are validated and confirmed as if the actions and annexations had been done as authorized by law:

(1)any resolution, order, or other act or attempted act of the board of directors of the district relating to an annexation by the district taken before the effective date of this Act; and

(2)any annexation by the district since its creation.

SECTION3.VALIDATION OF BOUNDARIES. The following boundaries of the district are validated as the legal boundaries of the district:

MARTIN SUBDIVISION(includes Victorian Place and Thistle Ridge Additions) LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

All that certain land in Hood County, Texas known as the Martin Subdivision and more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pin set in the east ROW of FM 1190 for the S.W. corner of this parcel, said BEGINNING POINT also being North 60 East a distance of 1165 feet from the N.W. corner of the A.W. Gates Survey, Abstract 205, Hood County, Texas
