To provide a web-supported Enneagram training model, applications, and materials with high standards and ethical principles for use in a wide variety of business and organizational settings.
The Enneagram Experience and Professional Training Program (EPTP I )
Section 1: Panels & Personal Growth
Panel Interviewing and Interventions consists of in-depth panel work including the instinctual subtypes, interactions between the types, personal psychological development, and meditations aimed at integrating the psychological and spiritual realms.

Our Professional and Personal Development curriculum is grounded in the narrative tradition with people sharing their personal experiences of type. This unique format of live panels, face-to-face interactions, and deep personal inquiry provides a forum in which ideas and beliefs about different types of people can be verified by articulate self-observers. This program was first initiated in 1988 and refined and broadened over the years.
Our objectives are to:
Recognize and fully understand the nine Enneagram types;
Develop appropriate interview skills and teaching competency;
Determine intervention strategies;
Deepen personal understanding of the nine paths to personality integration and how each type achieves transformation.
Participants in the Professional and Personal Training apply their deepened understanding of the Enneagram to personal development, business, education, spiritual direction, and the healing professions. Participants enjoy a variety of networking opportunities including membership in the Enneagram Teachers Association with its "Enneagram Talk" newsletter, annual tuition-free conference, and Association web site.
Section II: Typing and Inner States consists of typing protocols and practice, fundamental understanding of what differentiates one type from another, and a variety of practices concerning the Virtues and Holy Ideas of non-duality.
If participants decide to certify there is a supervised typing mentor component and practice conducting panel interviews in a repeat of Section I. Those interested, please check:
