3.Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Quotation will have the meanings given to them in the RFQ. Except as specifically modified by this Quotation, all terms, conditions, representations, warranties and covenants as set out in the RFQ will remain in full force and effect.

4.The Contractor will meet or exceed each item in the specifications as written: YES  NO . Note: Failure to provide all of the information in Schedule C does not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of supplying all of the necessary items and/or complying with all of the conditions of this Quotation. Complete all pages of Schedule C.
