- The Building of an Identity for Young Francophones: Conscious of the heritage, the history and of the present situation of Francophones in the Châteaguay region, the school wants its children to appreciate, take matters in their own hands and be committed as concerns their contemporary francophone identity; this identity relates to a bilingual and multicultural environment; we believe that students and their parents must be aware and equipped to face the challenges of life in a French-speaking Manitoba; we also want to enable the students to identify with the Francophone ethos at the provincial, national and international levels.
