Motion Carried.

  • Ride to Time Entry Forms
  • Copy of the TD letter to all riders who recently competed at Tintern Interschool HT – for discussion – Per CS – addressed in report
  • Letter from Benalla PC regarding Games & Flat Teams – to Catherine – we need to qualify our riders and teams in a process. Once you have more than the required numbers you have to compete to pick your teams. Changing is not the best thing now. Benalla to be commended in putting this out but maybe use the zone people to educate about games and facilitate the creating of composite teams. We should look at changing the date at state level to allow our members a better time of year to compete and also time to recover from HT, SJ & Dressage. Suggest holding clinics, 3 day camps that cover several disciplines. Zone needs to support our club. Pete Smith has offered to get 2-4 riders and visit the clubs and teach them the games. Kerry Masters also suggested that the Musical Ride to visit clubs to demonstrate – queries to go to Benalla Pony Club –Catherine to take to State the possibility of moving the date.
  • Letter from Wodonga regarding Jump Heights – CS – This new height was trialling for 2 years. Still in the hands of the Rules committee. Concern that there is too big a jump in height – from Grade 2 and Grade 1 – that members are moving from Grade 2 PC to Pre Novice EA as it is 105 instead of going to Grade 1 at 110cm – Catherine to take to state.

Motion moved that this letter be presented to State
