FORMAT:Best Ball- played on the Achasta course, using strokes where they fall.
Scramble – played on the Chestatee course, using one-half of combined handicap.
Flights – will consist of eight (8) teams with four (4) places to be awarded. The Champions will be lifted from their respective flights.
HANDICAP:September 15th, handicap revision will be used. The maximum individual index allowed is 32. No more than 10 stroke differential for the team will be used. Should the differential exceed 10 strokes, the higher handicap will be reduced.
ENTRY:The tournament will be limited to the FIRST 224 COMPLETE ENTRIES received. The entry fee is $ 300.00 per TEAM. When the field is full, the additional entries will be placed on a waiting list, numbered by the earliest postmark. Should a vacancy occur, it will be filled in number order from the waiting list. If you are on the waiting list and do not get called, your check will be destroyed.

CANCELLATION:Contact Margie Williams @ 706-676-1361, (cell) or by email at . No changes will be made to flights after 9:00am Friday September 21st.
FEE INCLUSIONS: Cart & Greens Fees, Range Balls (both days), Welcome Party, Prizes and Awards.
ACCOMODATIONS:There are no special rates at any of the hotels due to it being the height of their season, but do let them know you are with GSWGA.

2012 GSWGA FALL TEAM TOURNAMNET SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Practice rounds will be available @ both courses from September 23rd- October 1st with rates of $26.75 @ Achasta GC (706-867-7900) and $37.45 @ Chestatee GC (706-216-7336). Saturday tee times may be given later in the day. Please call for practice round tee times after you have been accepted into the tournament.

Directions to the Comfort Inn
Traveling Ga. 400 north past the North Georgia Premium Outlet Mall, Comfort Inn will be on your right. After crossing the intersection of Dawson Forest Road, you will be turning onto Beartooth Pkway.
Directions to Chestatee Golf Club
As you travel north on Ga. 400 you will see the North Georgia Premium
Outlet Mall on your left. The main sign of the Mall is located on a major
intersection at a traffic light. You will be traveling approximately 4 miles
from this light to the entrance of Chestatee. It will be on your right, Night Fire Drive. Follow the signs to the Clubhouse, driving through two stop signs and turning left onto Dogwood Way.
Directions to Achasta Golf Club
Ga. 400 will intersect with Ga. Hwy 60 approximately 4 miles from the entrance of
Chestatee. (Follow signs to Dahlonega) Turn left onto Hwy 60 to Dahlonega. Approximately 4 miles you will see Achasta Golf Course. Turn right into Achasta continuing straight after stop sign to arrive at the Clubhouse.
Directions to Holiday Inn Express, The Smith House (in Dahlonega, GA)
Take Hwy 60 north/west (turn right if leaving Achasta). Holiday Inn Express will
be on your right as you round the curve just outside Dahlonega.
The Smith House is located one block south of the square on Hwy 60. It will be on your left.
If you make it to The Smith House you are within walking distance of downtown Dahlonega.
