Each year in September Camp Quality Newcastle holds its biggest annual fundraiser – Camp Quality 1000K’s 4 Kids. This awesome cycling event, raises funds to provide innovative programs and services that support children impacted by cancer.
In 2018, I will be participating in Camp Quality 1000K’s 4 Kids for the (insert number of years) time.
Camp Quality is committed to bringing optimism and resilience to the lives of children and families impacted by cancer.
Last year over 6,000 kids (0-13) growing up with cancer, whether their own diagnosis or that of a loved one, were supported by Camp Quality’s innovative programs and services.
With your assistance, I would like to help children in our area who are growing up with cancer by raising funds for Camp Quality. I have set a fundraising target of (insert target). With your donation we can support Camp Quality in achieving their goal of allowing every Australian child impacted by cancer have every opportunity to thrive.
In 2017, 73 riders and support crew raised a combined total of over $1/2 million, which means this event alone gave more than 200 children access to all of Camp Quality’s programs and services for a whole year! The goal is to surpass that amount in 2018.
I will be making contact with you over the coming days to see if you are in a position to help us raise money for this worthwhile cause. Please keep in mind:
- Your donation will benefit kids impacted by cancer and their families, from the area. In other words your donation will be returned to the community and its surrounds.
- The donation is 100% tax deductible. You will be issued with a receipt from Camp Quality.
