Revelation 12:4
And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the
Earth: and the dragon stood before the woman that was ready to be delivered, For to devour her child as soon as it was born.
Note:
The Holy bible declares that Lucifer deceived (tricked) 1/3 of the “Stars”
(Angels) of heaven, and did cast them to the earth
Details:

Definition:
Drew - Past tense of "draw"
Draw - Provoke; lead; elicit to exert an attracting influence; to cause to move
after or towards by applying continuous force
Statement
Therefore, many believe and teach that the fallen "Angels" are the unclean spirits that we (the children of God) are fighting today in the earth. However, I believe otherwise.
Why? Because, we are simply laying the foundation at the moment.
Revelation 12:3-9
And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and [to] his throne. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred [and] threescore days. And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, and prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
What Do I Believe?
I do believe that the 1/3 “stars” (angels) were cast down to the earth. However, I do not believe that the angels that were cast out of heaven with him (Lucifer) are in the earth assisting him (Satan) fighting against us.
Let’s Prove It
Jude 6
And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath (past tense) “reserved” in everlasting “chains” under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Question
Where are the “angels” that followed him (Satan) in heaven which left their first estate that were also cast out?
Answer:
They are “reserved” in “chains” under darkness
Definition:
Reserved - Held in reserved; “set a side”; kept back
Set aside - To separate and reserve for a special purpose; to reject; annul;

Chains - Shackles or Fetters
Revelation 20:1
And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great “chain” in his hand. And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years, And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.
Note:
One day soon “Lucifer” (himself) will also be held in chains for a season (1000) years. However, the “angels” that left their first estate God hath (past tense) “reserved” in everlasting “chains” under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Details:
*They cannot be freed and must remain there “unto the judgment of the great day”.
Jude 6
And the “Angels” which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he (God) hath “reserved” in everlasting “chains” under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.
Definition:
Kept - Continued
First - Highest or foremost in character, rank, etc.
Estate - “Social” position (job) or rank
Social - Involving allies or members(s) of a “confederacy”

Furthermore, I agree with the scriptures that “he” (Lucifer) influenced 1/3 of the “stars” (angels), but I do not believe that the "entire" group of 1/3 angels fell (erred) a same time.
The History of the “Stars” (Angels)
Genesis 1:16
And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: [he made] the stars also.

Now, there are also "celestial" bodies and bodies terrestrial:

Please, take note that “he” (Lucifer) is referred to as “beauty”

Thou are the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so; thou was upon the holy mountain of God and thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire

The “angel” (Lucifer) desired to be "above" all the other “Angels” and was not content with his office as the angel of the temple.
Isaiah 14:13
I will ascend “above” the heights of the “clouds”; I will be like the most High.

Above - In or to a higher place; Over or higher than
Note:
I will exalt my thrown "above" the "stars" (angels) of God: Now, the angels are also viewed in the scriptures as “clouds” (Exodus 14:19) (Rev 10:1)
Question
What was Lucifer’s issue and weight (sin) that so easily beset him?
Answer:
Jealousy or Covertness
Statement
Now, Lucifer knew that the Lord God viewed man as his treasure (apple of eye) and made him in his likeness to rule and reign in the earth, as he does in the heavens. Therefore, “Lucifer “coveted the gifts” that the Lord God did give unto the sons of men who were the apple of his eye.

Why did Cain slay Abel? Because of “Jealousy”

Question
Did the Lord God desire him (Lucifer) to repent (turn) before he sinned?
Answer: Yes
Psalms 18:9-12
He bowed the heavens also, and came down: and darkness [was] under his feet. And he rode upon a cherub, and did fly: yea, he did fly upon the wings of the wind. He made darkness his secret place; his pavilion round about him [were] dark waters [and] thick clouds of the skies. At the brightness [that was] before him his thick clouds passed, hail [stones] and coals of fire.
Statement
The scripture declare that the Lord God is Merciful not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Now, if I may then I would like to share with you a revelation I received of the Spirit of God. When He (God) said
that he did not willing that any should perish and I also know that this point of view also applied to the Angelical beings. Now, many believe and teach that the angels of God do not know anything about the grace and mercy of God and that they are just beings that exist without knowledge of Attributes of the Lord God Character.
Exodus 34:6
And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
Question
What do we know about the Angels of God in heaven?
Answers:
1. 1/3 of the Angel of God fell from grace
2. 2/3 of the Angels of God received grace to remain with God
Question
Why do they cast (Angels of God) there crowns down?
Answer:
I believe because, they (remaining 2/3 angels of God) understood that they all could have been deceived (lost there place) by Lucifer… But, for the grace and mercy of God.
