ITTF COACH ACCREDITATION
#IPTTC are developing an optional additional 6 hours for “athletes with disabilities”.
There will then be the option of ITTF Level 1-24 hours or ITTF + IPTTC Level 1-30 hours.
Coaches who have completed the ITTF Level 1 need only complete the additional 6 hours.
*Coaching Practise must be completed after the course
*Supervised Coaching must be completed by a person agreed with the Course Conductor such as National Coach, School Principal, Olympic Committee member etc
*Community Leader, School Teachers and Club Coach Courses count towards ITTF Level 1 Course if upgrading within a 4 year period
*Accreditation is valid for a period of 4 years from date accredited, after which re-accreditation must occur
RE-ACCREDITATION
The following can count as re-accreditation:
*redoing the same ITTF Level Course
*doing the higher Level ITTF Course
*documented evidence of at least 100 hours coaching during the last 4 years at the appropriate level
-Level 1 –Schools-Juniors-Beginners or higher
-Level 2-State or Province
-Level 3-National-International
*participation at similar or higher level ITTF Coach Education or Olympic Solidarity Course other than ITTF Level 1,2 or 3
*approved sports related course of at least 30 hours
