Third News Bulletin concerning the IX CILA- AIDA Congress

Mexico D.F., November 28, 2005.

To all Participants and persons interested in the IX CILA Congress, Cancun.

Dear colleagues and friends:

We are pleased announce that the IX CILA Congress will take place from 15 - 18 March 2006, in the beautiful city of Guadalajara, situated in the state of Jalisco, Mexico. The hotel base will be the Hilton Guadalajara, which has all the necessary facilities to allow for an efficient and pleasant event.

As previously mentioned, the new hotel will respect the financial arrangements with the Hotel in Cancun, which will maintain the same prices for all participants. For those who have already paid, your hotel reservation has now been confirmed, and for those who are registered but have not yet paid, could you please make your payment as soon as possible. Details of payment can still be found on the Congress web page:

Guadalajara is situated in the central western part of the country, one hour away by plane from Mexico City and it is known for its folklore, culture, industry and tourism. It is also one of the most important business centres in our country.

During the first couple of weeks in December, our Congress web page will be updated to provide information on the new area where the event will take place. It will include information on the folklore and on other places of interest in the area.

Everything was prepared for the Congress at the beginning of November, however our Academic Coordinators need to contact the Reporters and Co-reporters to confirm that everything is ready and to receive their instructions in case there exist any doubts or special requests.

As said before, the costs will remain the same and the information will be updated on the website, so that registrations and payments can still be made online.

We were expecting approximately two hundred participants at Cancún and we hope even more will attend Guadalajara.

We recommend that you book your flights at your convenience. CORAD, the official agency of the Congress, is available to give advice on required flights to Guadalajara, with the necessary connection flights and can arrange flight tickets.

If you require any further assistance please contact the Organisational Committee of IX CILA Congress.
