To undertake reception duties and provide administration support to the school.

Reception and Clerical
- Undertake reception duties including greeting visitors, answering telephone and responding to routine queries and enquiries:
- Provide routine clerical support, including
-filing correspondence;
-photocopying and routine reprographics and associated administration;
-accessing E Mail/School Portal;
- Receive and distribute incoming mail;
- Undertake standard word processing to include desk top publishing;
- Maintain/update manual/computerized record/management information systems;
School
- To undertake first aid to students and attend relevant courses
- To work within school policies and procedures.
- To contribute to the provision of an effective environment for learning.
- To support the promotion of positive relationships with parents and outside agencies.
- To attend skill training and participate in personal/performance development as required.
- To take care for their own and other people's health and safety.
- To be aware of the confidential nature of issues.
