TEXTBOOK DISTRIBUTION PROCEDURES
Distribution of textbooks for Social Studies classes will occur in the third week of September.
Subject class teachers are asked to send three or four students to Room 327 with a signed book request form indicating the title and quantity of each textbook needed for that particular band only.
A book receipt MUST be completed for each book that is distributed. All information must be provided on the book receipt in pencil. Class sets of book receipts and No.2 pencils are available in room 341 or 327. Proper book codes and penalties are listed on the BOOK PENALTY LIST.
Students must indicate their phone numbers (in ink) on the back of the receipt.
CONSULT THE UNRETURNED BOOK LIST BEFORE DISTRIBUTING TEXTBOOKS. STUDENTS WHOSE NAMES APPEAR ON THESE LISTS MAY NOT BE ISSUED ANY BOOKS UNTL THEY HAVE SETTLED THEIR BOOK ACCOUNT.
All completed book receipts must be filed in ALPHABETICAL order in the appropriate storage box in Room 341 by Thursday, September 28th. I deeply appreciate your adherence to these procedures.
