Single Line Restrictor
The 01 Single Line System operates by distributing the output of a pump over a number of Meter Units.
This system provides a simple and very cost effective method of oil lubrication on small machine applications such as: wood-working machines, shoe making machines, small machine tools, printing machines

Single Line System basic concept
The 01 System consists of meter units (calibrated 'orifices') that balance the distribution line pressure and divide the oil from the pump proportionally across the meter units.
A Smile pump with an "01 System" represents one of the lowest priced entry level centralized lubrication systems on the market today whilst maintaining high reliability and appearance.
Meter Units
The Meter Units can be intermittent or continuous lubrication. Used to partition the oil between the lubrication points.
Intermittent Meter Units contain a check valve to prevent back flow.
The vast range amply covers all practical requirements.
Meter Units may be fitted either directly to the bearing or grouped in Juctions

For use on high precision mechanisms, or fo hidh speed rotating bearings where it is necessary to mantain a continuous film.
Availabe for flow rates of a few mm³/hour up to very high flow.
Suitable for use with pure mineral oil with a maximum viscosity of 1500 cSt (6942 SUS) at the working pressure

Cylindrical Meter Units for Continuous Lubrication
Cylindrical Meter Unit features
For use on mechanisms that work intermittently, or lightly loaded.
Pressure from 1 to 10 bar (from 14.7 to 147 psi).
Suitable for use with pure mineral oil with a maximum viscosity of 1000 cSt at 40 °C (4628 SUS at 104 °F).
Dual Line System
Simple and reliable particularly in harsh environmental
Lubrication systems engineered with the Dual Line system are generally used on large scale machinery and in harsh operating conditions to lubricate multiple points on large machines. The system can grow to a very complex one with a length that often can exceed 60 meters. The large section of pump packages together with many custom design options allows any lubrication system to be developed reliably and cost-effectively.

Dual-Line System basic concept
The Dual Line distributor valves can be installed next to the lubrication point avoiding the need for complex pipework.
In Dual Line system exist two main lines both of them actuated alternately by means of a changeover valve.
A lubrication cycle is completed when both main lines have to be alternately pressurised and be relieved of pressure.
The system is a parallel type and each dual-line valves operates independently of any other in the system, therefore, in the event of one lubrication point becoming blocked or failing, the remainder of the system is not affected and continues working without problems.

This System consists of the latest direct positive displacement injector technology developed by Dropsa.
Used in a large range of application, total loss oil lubrication involves creating a thin oil-film between moving parts which is renewed at regular intervals by an automated lubrication system.

Serial 26 Progressive System
High assurance of lubricating system operation and monitoring
The Serial 26 progressive feeder is the key part to the system allowing the metered dispensing of grease under pressure to each point in the lubrication system. The modular system of progressive distributor offers flexibility advantages for system design engineers and low cost maintenance advantages.
Serial 26 Progressive system is used mainly for grease lubrication in total loss or re-circulating oil systems. High Pressures and long pipe runs are common requirements as operating or environmental demanding conditions. Serial 26 can be used also as zoned system when irregular cycle conditions for different parts of the machine are requested.
The design parameters of a progressive systems include many variables such as volume and frequency of grease required at each point, number of points, operating conditions, pump pressure, etc. DropsA skilled engineers are available to design large scale project and provide installation, commissioning, support and training anywhere in the world.

NEW GENERATION CONTROLLER
The integrated next generation control system is a central to delivering these new solutions to the customer.
It allows five different ways to trigger and control the lubrication event in a system:
1. Time based interval: 0 min - 99 hours
2. Impulse Counter: 1 - 9999 cycles
3. Combined Trigger: both Timer and impulse counter
4. Impulse Driven: uses impulse input to determine both standby and operation mode (0-9999 impulses)
5. Remote Only: Acts as Slave to host machine.

989 pump series is ideal for applications where space and costs are key factors. The pump is perfectly integrated with the 999 pump series from which it inherits the main features like: modularity, quality and performance. For these reasons Series 989 represents the perfect solution for an extensive range of midsize applications.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT
The standard version is ready equipped to satisfy the requirements in small-medium machine tools applications. The standard version of the pump is complete with refilling filter, electric minimum level, a pumping unit with 6 mm or 8 mm diameter.
FIT YOUR APPLICATION NEEDS
989 pump series can fit the changing needs of your application. The availability of installing up to two pumping unit (with fixed or adjustable delivery) gives you two options: to triple the standard flow or connect three lubrication lines directly to the pump.
Fixed or adjustable delivery are available. The adjustable delivery is: 1,4 - 10 cm3/min for 6mm diameter pump element and 2,5 - 17 cm3/min for the 8mm diameter.
