Discussion of LB-94-104-106-109 Comment spreadsheet, comments, 07/2333r1

We went draft 4.0 page by page through all 189 LB109 comments received, skipping Extended Channel Switch and Enablement topics, as they will be discussed in the next teleconference, ECSA first.

Chair intends to write submissions responding to comments ECSA (11.9.7) and Enablement comments (11.14 general rewrite), and will invite responses to clause 17 comments (), and will have submissions before the September 4th teleconference.

Chair or Editor will write submissions covering all other comments.

Discussion of schedule through San Francisco.

TGy has teleconferences scheduled for Sept 4th and Sept 11th leading up to Waikoloa. At Waikoloa TGy has Tuesday AM1 timeslot and Thursday PM2 timeslot. We will use the Tuesday timeslot to look at LB109, LB106, LB104 and LB94 results, submissions addressing comments, and hopefully in the Thursday PM2 timeslot, make motions to ask the WG to approve another recirculation letter ballot after Waikoloa.

At 13:55 Scott Blue moves to adjourn, Dan Lubar seconded, and no one objected to the motion, so we adjuourned at 13:55 ET.
