Instructions for Fundraisers

“In the same way, let your light shine before men that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in Heaven.”

Before you arrive:

V  Please arrive at 4:45 pm so that management can give instructions and review the rules and answer any question you guys may have.

V  Bring 5 people per shift. The shifts should be about 1 hour in length and there should be at least two adults for the night. At least 3 people bussing at all times.

V  All Children 8 & under must be supervised by an adult while bussing.

V  Bring your own fundraising bucket or you may use ours!!

V  Please make sure long hair is restrained, no gum and no cellphones are being used while bussing.

V  Advertise, Advertise and Advertise!! It is imperative that you advertise. You cannot hand out the flier to guests entering Pizza Ranch the evening of the fundraising night. They must be handed out before you arrive.

V  Pictures are okay.

During the Rush:

V  Main task: SERVICE & CLEANLINESS. The better you serve and keep the tables clean, the more donations you will likely receive. Shine!!!!

V  Be sure to Pre-bus (asking customers for empty or stacks of plates on their table).

V  Wipe off tables, seat cushions, and refill napkins after a customer has left the store.

V  If the guest asks you, you may talk to them about why you are here to raise money. This will help in getting your cause out there and may generate more $$ for you.

V  It is not allowed to ask a guest for their receipt. If the receipt is left on the table you may add it to your bucket

V  Let Pizza Ranch know of any complaints or concerns.

V  Keep our Guest happy and looking forward to a Legendary experience!

End of Rush:

V  Restock napkins

V  Wipe down tables and seats.
