Terms and Conditions of Hire

1.The Conference Confirmation Sheet needs to be completed and faxed back on 033 3865302 to make a booking.

2.50% Deposit is required on Confirmation, the balance is required 72hrs prior to the

function. Extras must be settled on departure. Eg drinks

  1. We require TEN WORKING DAYS notice for cancellation of booking otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of your Total Cost.

4.Where Conferences are cancelled within FIVE WORKING DAYS of the conference date, we reserve the right to charge you in full.

5.We require 3 Working Days notice of your intention to adjust the number of delegates. If we are not advised timeosly, your company would be liable for the delegates who do not arrive.

  1. All Government Departments must supply us with an official order number for confirmation.

7.Day visitors pay a daily fee of R50 per person for venue hire and additional cost of R55-00 pp for Breakfast R65-00 pp Lunch R85-00 pp Supper

8.It is strictly forbidden to bring any alcohol onto the premises. Licensed bar will be available at all times. If we find any delegate with unauthorized alcohol they will be charged.

9.The building is a smoke-free environment. Demarcated smoking areas are available.

10.All Conference are to be finished by 5:30 pm each day, unless prior arrangement have been made. A surcharge of R50 per hour will then become applicable.

11.Should there be no response within 3days of the quote, it will be disregarded.
