THERE ARE TEN RULES TO MAKE THIS DIET WORK
1. Eat little and often, 4 – 7 times per day. This is one of the keys to keeping your metabolism fast.
2. To make a meal, combine protein with one or two vegetables.
3. Eat fruit first thing in the morning or when your blood sugar drops. Do not eat more than 3 pieces per day.
4. At least one third of your food should be eaten raw, the more you cook food, the more nutrients you cook out of it.
5. Drink at least 2½ litres of water per day. Preferably filtered or bottled. (Remember 60% of your body is water!)
6. Eventually try and replace all grains (i.e. bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, cereal, corn), with fresh vegetables.
7. Every meal must contain protein. Your body never stops repairing itself.
8. Do not mix fruit with other food, it needs to be digested on its own otherwise it will just ferment on top of other food.
9. You are allowed one day per week when you can eat anything you want. Anything!
