Dear Parents,
The final details for the excursion are given below.
FINAL ITINERARY
Day 01: (02/6/15) Reporting time in school at 4:00 am; departure on board AC bus by 4:30am. Breakfast en route; arrival at camp by 1:30 pm; familiarization, tent allotment; lunch; return for camp activities; bonfire and dinner. Overnight in the camp.
Day 02: (03/6/15) Morning exercise, breakfast; adventure activities; lunch; adventure activities continue; evening snack; time to rest; bonfireand dinner; proceed for night trek. Overnight in the camp.
Day 03: (04/6/15) Morning exercise, breakfast; guerrilla warfare; lunch; short trek to visit the Mall Road; time to rest; dance and music around the bonfire, dinner. Overnight in the camp.
Day 04: (05/6/15) Morning exercise, breakfast; prize distribution; leave camp for Delhi by 11:30 am. Lunch and evening snack served en route. Reach school by 8 pm. (Parents are requested to contact the school at 7pm, to confirm time of arrival. Please assemble inside Transport Room Gate; inform the teacher coordinator before leaving the premises.)

INSTRUCTIONS & LIST OF THINGS TO CARRY
T Shirts- long sleeves / 4-5Jeans / track pants (no shorts, Capri’s / Bermudas) / 3 Pairs
Undergarments / Sufficient
Bath towel & hand towel / 1 each
Warm Jacket-Thin / 1
Warm Jacket-Thick / 1
Raincoat / 1
Sports shoes / Trekking shoes / 1
Socks / 3-4 pairs
Sandals / Floaters (usable in water) / 1
Water bottle / 1
Sun Cap & Sunglasses
Torch ( with new batteries) / 1
Toilet kit (small bar of soap, small bottle of shampoo, toothbrush, small toothpaste, sunscreen, and mosquito repellant)
Personal First Aid Kit (preferably Hansaplast Handy Kit); carry your personal medicine if required ( inform Teacher Escort before consuming any medicine)
Keep some carry- bags for soiled clothes
Small knapsack/ rucksack (keep a small emergency toiletry & medical kit, along with a warm jacket in this bag with you for the bus journey) / 1
Please note: Carry your belongings in a single bag, rucksack or any bag with shoulder straps, which you can carry yourself. Do not carry a suitcase or trolley bag. For further information of the camp refer to www.rocksport.in
· NOTE: (a) Mobile phones are strictly not allowed to be carried. In case a student is found carrying a phone, it will be confiscated and disciplinary action taken. The Teacher Escorts have all the contact details and will get in touch with parents in case of an emergency. The telephone number of the camp is mentioned above.
· (b) Do not wear / carry expensive items like jewellery, watch, camera, MP3 player /electronic games / CD player / iPod / iPad, etc. In case you are found carrying any of these articles, the responsibility to keep it safe will entirely be yours.
· (c) You are advised to carry not more than Rs.1000/- for this trip.
· (d) Students must wear the School ID card for the trip.
