Description

The sound absorbing panel Calme is made of sintered aluminum and is suitable for wall- and ceiling applications.

The panel gives a very efficient sound absorption of low, medium and high frequencies. The desired sound absorption is achieved by an adequate air cavity and an optional layer of mineral wool.

The product exists of aluminum corns mixed with a metal alloy, sintered in a controlled environment, thus creating porous sheets (porosity about 45%)

Characteristics

  • Thickness: 2 / 3 mm.
  • Weight: 1,2 kg (600 * 600 * 2 mm sheet ) / 2,4 kg (1.200 * 600 * 2 mm sheet) / 1,8 kg (600 * 600 * 3 mm sheet) / 3,6 kg (1.200 * 600 * 3 mm sheet)
  • The chosen type is: type A (interior applications) / type C (swimming pools, outdoor applications, industry)
  • The sheet is rust-proof, washable (type C) and 100% recyclable.
  • The density of the sintered aluminum corns is 1,59 g/cm³.
  • The fire rating according to Euroclass is A1, incombustible.

Finish

  • The surface finish is ‘Embossed’
