The first curricular material that Daryl used was a questionnaire, ÒHow Creative Are You?Ó It provided participants with feedback on their level of creativity. This was followed by a small-group exercise on the elements of a creative work environment. Next, Daryl gave a short lecturette on the barriers to creative thinking. Daryl asked participants to brainstorm ways to overcome the barriers. After a 10-minute break, Daryl led the participants through an exercise using the checklist for new ideas. Daryl wrapped up the content with a facilitated brainstorming that was posted for all to see. The subject was the characteristics of the creative person.
Daryl thanked everyone for their participation and handed out evaluation forms. The evaluation form asked participants to evaluate the extent to which the learning objectives had been met, using five descriptors:

Very Good
Excellent
Daryl collected the forms and walked back to the training department offices.
