Minutes of last meeting & Matters Arising
The minutes of the last meeting were agreed, Lynsey went through any outstanding actions/matters arising.
Patient Online Services
It was noted at the last meeting that Anita would arrange for Mick to test the patient online services; Lynsey explained that this wasn’t function when Anita attempted to set this up, but that she would be in touch as soon as it was functional. Christine said that she would try and find out some information about why it was available when she attends the next NHS IT group that she sits on.
Current GP Staffing
Lynsey has produced an A3 poster for display in the waiting area, giving a brief note about the staff currently working in practice. There were some slight amendments suggested to the wording, and then it was agreed for display.
Annual Practice Survey
It was agreed that the practice would re-run last year’s patient survey and use it to measure this year’s performance against the last, given the number of changes we have experienced the last few months, it was thought it would be good to measure the patient opinion. Ian kindly agreed to collate the data once the responses were back.
Autumn Newsletter
Lynsey circulated a draft version of the patient newsletter for approval. The patient group was happy with the content of the newsletter but did think it would be good to include the following:
Flu Flash – to increase patient awareness
Keeping information up to date
Promoting the Practice – Pride in Practice Award
Lynsey shared the good news that the practice had been recognized for the positive inclusive attitude it has towards service; with the practice being awarded the Gold Pride in Practice Award which is in conjunction with the LGBT Foundation.

Ian said that he was still receiving two text messages to alert him of appointment.
Action: Lynsey to speak with Anita regarding this as that facility should have been switched off.
