Location: Bells Drove, Sutton St James. Highways are unable to deal with this as it is a privately owned hedge. They recommend an approach from the Parish Council.
2. Noise nuisance - dogs barking. Steve Branson at SHD Environment (0177576498) requests more information. The recording equipment requested by a resident was only used for part of a week, so there are no complete results. The equipment is available for further use if requested. Reference 1273129 .
