Giving and receiving
Basketball / Please ensure your child has their full P.E kit in school with their name on it. They will need black shorts/jogging bottoms, black plimsolls and a P.E. T-shirt in their house colour.
Children must not wear any jewellery. All earrings must be removed.
Library and Reading books
Checked once a week by teachers / Your child has a reading record book which should stay in their book bags. Please comment and sign in this book on a daily basis. Your child will select books from the classroom library and will also be given the opportunity to choose a book from the school library.
Home Learning / Home Learning is sent out on Fridays and must be returned to school by Tuesday in order for us to mark it. Any homework after this day will not be marked. Please ensure the homework is your child’s work as much as possible.
Please keep Home Learning books clean, neat and tidy. Presentation is important!
Assembly / Year 5 will be inviting parents in to see presentations that the children will be giving. More information to come soon!
