Commission Meeting Materials October 25, 2016 9:00 A.M. - Rate Increase for Document Destruction

Document Destruction Price Revision

Austin Task Inc. (ATI), Goodwill South Texas (GWSTX) and Goodwill Northwest Texas (GNWWTX) – All pricing will remain the same for these three CRP’s. No revision requested.

EXPANCO- All Services that EPANCO provides through the CCG Document Destruction contract will remain the same with the exception of Non-Paper Only Destruction.

Under the Non-Paper Only, Electronic Media (CD’s, cassettes etc.) they are requesting an increase of .10 cents per pound. The current rate is .35 cents per pound and they are asking for this to be .45 cents per pound.

ReadyOne Industries (ROI)- All Services that ROI provides through the CCG Document Destruction contract will remain the same with the exception of Non-Paper Only Destruction.

Under Non-Paper Only for Hard Drives, ROI is asking to increase the amount per HD by $1.00. The current price is $4.00 per HD and they are requesting that this be $5.00 per HD. All other Electronic Media would change from a per pound cost to a per trip cost. The current price per pound is .50 cents when picked up by ROI and .25 cents if dropped off by the customer at the ROI location. The proposed rate is $15.00 per trip when picked up by ROI and no charge if the customer drops off at the ROI location.

Also, ROI has dropped services in the out of area and remote locations and will provide services in El Paso County.

Goodwill El Paso (GWEP) –GWEP is asking for revision on the following;

64 Gal Bin- Increase from $9.95 to $10.40 (+.45) minimum of $30.00 stays the same

96 Gal Bin- Increase from $21.95 to $23.05 (+1.10) minimum of $30.00 stays the same

Replacement Containers – Increase from $100.00 to $125.00 (+25)

Paper Only – Picked up or delivered, increase from .75 cents a pound to .80 cents a pound (+.05)

Non-Paper Only – Picked up by GWEP, increase from .50 a pound to .55 a pound (+.05)

Non-Paper Only – Dropped off at GWEP, increase from .25 cents a pound to .30 cents a pound (+.05)

Bulk Removal of Boxes – Ready to ship increase from $3.00 per box to $3.50 per box (+.50)

Bulk Removal of Boxes – Not ready to ship increase from $5.00 per box to $6.00 per box (+1.00)

Out of Area Pickup – Increase from $50.00 per trip to $65.00 per trip (+15.00)
