Junior Coach of the Year Award

  • Develops weekly training sessions that cater for all individual junior players of skill and ability.

Junior Coach of the Year Award is open to Central HighlandRegion coaches who have been involved in coaching at a club or school in the Central HighlandsRegion at the start of the 2017/18 season.

Guidance: The award winner will be a person who is a role model to young players in their club/school, has high personal standards (high level of cricket knowledge, ambition, rapport and excellent communication skills). Their enthusiasm must be infectious, their coaching sessions must be of a consistently rewarding, engaging and fun environment. Must have fantastic rapport with all junior players, parents, volunteers, officials and club people.
