UNDER 12, UNDER 13, UNDER 14 & UNDER 15 COUNTY CUP COMPETITIONS 2017

I have pleasure in sending you the draws for the Under 12, Under 13, Under 14 and Under 15 cup competitions for 2017. Also attached is an Excel spreadsheet with each team managers’ email addresses.

Each round of the competition has to be played to the strict deadlines as printed on each draw. Teams who fail to play by the deadline date may be eliminated from the competition. In this case the decision of NSCA Competitions Committee will be final.

Both teams are equally responsible for organising the ties. Please arrange ties as early as possible before the deadline date in case of poor weather. Also note that there are a number of ways of deciding a game if it can’t be played (Rule 6).

The finals are will be played as follows:

U14 Monday 26th June at Percy Main CC at 1.15pm;

U15 Tuesday 27th June at Alnwick CC at 1.15pm;

U13 Thursday 29th June at Benwell Hill CC (Semi-Finals starting at 9.15am followed by the final at approximately 2.30pm.

U12 Friday 30th June at South Northumberland CC at 1.15pm.

The grounds and umpires for these finals are booked now and therefore the dates cannot be changed under any circumstances apart from poor weather.

If you haven’t yet sent them, affiliation fees for Northumberland Schools Cricket Association are: £10 for High Schools (£6 for Middle Schools) + £1 for every cup entered. Please enclose a cheque payable to NSCA and send it to me:
