WHAT DOES THIS JOB GET YOU?

-  Face time and direct interaction with founders/entrepreneurs.

ROLE

1)  Achievement of Area sales targets in institutional market for premium and super premium beer products

2)  Channel Responsibility in category A restaurants, bars, cafés, hotels and clubs

3)  Responsibility to include secondary sales, replenishment as well as new outlet activation

4)  Role includes increasing SKU range per outlet and distribution width in area assigned

5)  Daily sales calls as per route plan

6)  Responsible for end-to-end order fulfillment in area, as well as management of promotional activity, training, trade schemes, POS materials and merchandising for outlet.

7)  Implementation of merchandising campaigns in area and timely stock replenishment in outlet

8)  Build strong customer relationship in area assigned and increase product visibility and depletions.

Your role may also include:

o  Planning and execution of brand launch

o  B2B FMCG sales and outlet activation

o  Digital marketing (social media/email marketing)

o  Planning and executing consumer promotions

o  Conducting consumer research and measuring brand metrics

o  CRM

Working Relationship:

Position Reports to City CEO

Direct Reports: Area Activation Associate (Merchandisers)

EDUCTIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

1)  MBA/PG with background in business, engineering or arts.
