Perfect Exterior Home Finishes are Made Easy with New CertainTeed® Restoration Millwork® Fascia Trimboard
Virtually maintenance-free cellular PVC product gives builders more Freedom of Choice® in homes’ exterior accessories
(Valley Forge, Pa.) – It’s easy to create distinctive, custom looks for any style home with new CertainTeed® Restoration Millwork® Fascia Trimboard. Part of the INhanced™ Trim Line, the new cellular PVC product features a built in return leg that works with a wide range of soffit materials to offer building professionals even more Freedom of Choice® in exterior design.

The new Restoration Millwork Fascia Trimboard affords builders and homeowners another opportunity to customize their homes. Available in a ready-to-install Natural White color, the fascia trimboard can be painted to complement exterior colors. It comes in TrueTexture™ woodgrain and smooth finishes that appear on the product’s face as well as its return leg for a finished look.
The Restoration Millwork INhanced Trim Line is comprised of pre-engineered, decorative components that deliver extraordinary advantages from the inside out. Hidden flanges, built-in J-pockets, pre-assembled column wraps and one-piece corners enable easy installation, while authentically crafted finishes create an incredible natural wood appearance. The new fascia trimboard is a natural extension of this product line and will further the look of custom craftsmanship.
Like all Restoration Millwork products, the new INhanced Trim Line fascia board features a UV-resistant material, cuts and mills with traditional woodworking tools, and fastens with nails or screws. It has a Class A (Class 1) flame spread classification, meets ICC and CCMC code requirements and comes with a 25-year limited warranty.
In addition, Restoration Millwork is the first and only cellular PVC exterior trim to be covered by an independent life cycle assessment (LCA), providing third-party verification of the product’s sustainability from cradle to grave. Restoration Millwork has also achieved GreenCircle Certified, LLC certification for Recycled Content, enhancing the sustainable appeal of the product line.
