Dear eSTEM Students, Parents, and Guardians:
It is hard to believe that it’s time for another school year to begin. We have a challenging, yet exciting, year ahead of us.
We are preparing to kick off our year with Raider Check-In on Thursday, August 10th,, in the Performing Arts Center. The schedule for the day is as follows:
2:00-3:30 p.m. – Seniors
3:30-5:00 p.m. – Juniors
5:00-6:30 p.m. – Sophomores
6:30-8:00 p.m. – Freshmen
* These are “open” time frames meaning that you can come at any time during your grade level time. You do not have to come right at the start or stay for the whole time. You will return your forms, have your picture taken and receive your student ID, pick up your schedule and then you are free to leave. *

* Completed forms must be turned in at Raider Check-In.
Preliminary schedules will be available for students; however, NO SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL BE MADE AT RAIDER CHECK-IN.
The first day of schoolfor freshmen isWednesday, August 16th. All students report on Thursday, August 17th.
The Summit Road Campus Meet the Teacher Night is Thursday, August 17th, from5:00 to 7:00p.m.
New this year: Senior Parent & Student meeting which will be held on Thursday, September7th at 6:00 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center. We will be discussing everything that you need to know for your senior year: requesting transcripts, senior fee, cap & gown ordering & payment, graduation, etc. We will try to answer any questions that you might have.
Our Food Services staff will be available to help any student who has not been scanned for the biometrics system. They will also help anyone who needs to complete the Application for Free/Reduced Lunch.
For those attending one of the Career Centers, you can visit the Eastland-Fairfield Career Center website, for more details regarding the start of year at the career centers. Shuttles will transport students to the career centers.

Scheduling can be done online at You will be able to choose the teacher or team of teachers for your conference. Scheduling begins two (2) weeks prior to the conference date with scheduling closing at noon on conference day.
