Description / Principal duties include providing assessment and ongoing individual/couples and/or familytherapy to FACS program consumers. Will provide and document all care in accordance with guidelines.
Position Requirements / Master's degree in social work or counseling. Licensed clinician (LSW, LCSW, or LPC) required and credentialing within managed care networks strongly preferred. Minimum of six (6) hours per week is preferred.
