1. Call to order and recording of members present and absent.
2. Consent Agenda:
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion and possible board action with regard to the following items:
(a) Minutes of the June 15, 2015 regular board meeting;
(b) Activity Fund Report for June 2015;
(c) Treasurer’s Report for June 2015;
(d) General Fund purchase orders #161-165 for the school year 2014/15;
(e) General Fund warrants #983-1014 for the school year 2014/15;
(f) Purchase order changes for the school year 2014/15;
(g) General Fund purchase orders #1-78 and payroll purchase orders for the school year 2015/16;
(h) General Fund warrants #1-41 for the school year 2015/16;
(i) Child Nutrition Fund purchase orders #1-7 and payroll purchase orders for the school year 2015/16;
(j) Child Nutrition Fund warrants #1-2 for the school year 2015/16;
(k) Purchase order changes for the school year 2015/16.
3. Discussion and possible board action on approval of contract for school psychologist for the school year 2015/16.
4. Discussion and possible board action concerning participation in the Organization of Rural Elementary Schools (ORES) for the school year 2015/16.
5. Discussion and possible board action concerning participation in the Oklahoma Association Serving Impacted Schools (OASIS) for the school year 2015/16.
6. Discussion and possible board action concerning participation in the OSSBA Policy Services for the school year 2015/16.
7. Discussion and possible board action on milk bids for the school year 2015/16.
8. Discussion and possible board action on food bids for the school year 2015/16.
9. Discussion and possible board action on approval of Activity Fund Fundraisers for the school year 2015/16.
10. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the lease of a 2015 Blue Bird Vision Model BBCV-3011, 65 passenger bus (VIN #1BAKFCPHXFF306353) for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2016 as required under the provision of the lease agreement dated December 15, 2014 with Ross Transportation, Inc.
11. Discuss compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA).
12. Discussion and vote to go into executive session, pursuant to Oklahoma Statutes, Title 25 § 307 (B) (1) & (7), to discuss extra duty contracts, special duty contracts, and support salaries for the school year 2015/16.
13. Vote to convene in executive session.
14. Vote to acknowledge board has returned to open session.
