Travel Agents must complete all three Agent Discount application forms when applying for a discount. The three completed forms must be faxed back to Rail Plus together. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
A copy of your IATA Travel Agent card, business card or letter from your employer must be sent through for application to be processed
Discounts will only be offered to agents with a track record of selling Rail Plus products.
AD products will only be provided to active selling staff. It is at Rail Plus’s discretion whether we will extend the offer to the travel agent’s spouse (or companion living at the same address). This will be determined on a case by case basis.
AD products are NOT AVAILABLE for Airline Companies (except Austrian Air and Emirates), Hotel Staff, Family Members (children, parents, family members, etc.) or Journalists.
No AD on Child, Senior, Saver or Twin passes.
One AD75 will be available per staff member per 12 months.
A booking fee of $30 applies per file.
Payment must be in the form of company/ bank Cheque, EFT, Smart Money, E Nett or direct deposit into our bank account. Personal Cheques will require bank clearance before documents will be issued and released. Credit Card payments will incur the applicable merchant fee(Visa/Master Card/Bank Card 1.5% & AMEX 3%).For STA Travel, a Client File number will be accepted.
Applicants must be returning back to their same job.
AD products are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE once ticketed.Please ensure that correct details are provided.
Britrail requests take a minimum of 3 weeks notice to gain authorisation. Full payment is required before we can send the request off.With other Passes it normally takes 2 to 4 working days for the request to be granted.
The exact date is required for the 1st day of use of the RailPass. This is the first day of validity. If an approximate date is put on the form that will be the date used. If no date is put on the form the request will not be processed, once a pass is issued it is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-CHANGEABLE.
If any other product is required (eg. Seat reservation, Paris Visite Card, PragueExcursionPass….etc) you must send a typed or clearly written fax on a separate piece of paper or emailed. ()
