NAME TAGS
Each chapter is requested to make their own nametags to co with the “TOPS Racing Team: Win by Losing” theme. Each nametag should include the State Designation “NC” and the chapter number. City is optional but recommended. Please bring an extra nametag to be displayed for judging and turn it in at the appropriate registration table. NOTE: The nametag that is entered must be the same as those worn by the chapter members.

LOOK-A-LIKE PARADE (1:15PM SESSION ON FRIDAY)
We will ______/will not ______participate in the Look-a-like Parade.
Please bring a 3 x 5 card with the following information: event, chapter name and description of outfit. No shorts, bathing suits or body stockings. All outfits must be in good taste! Any accompanying skit, song, or cheer is limited to one minute in order to keep things running smoothly. Chapters may not use the hotel’s sound system to provide music but may be permitted to use the microphone on stage. (The music is set up for each session and to change anything can cause problems.)
CHAPTER ROYALTY PARADE
2009 Chapter Queen and King will be introduced on stage during Saturday Morning Session. All Royalty are requested to wear chapter sashes and crowns for this event if you have them. The dress code for this event will be the same as for the KOPS session on Saturday night:

(Dress code: dress, skirt and blouse or slacks and top for ladies. Slacks and sport short for gentlemen. Let’s be examples for our chapter members.)

BAGGY CLOTHES PARADE REGISTRATION
Baggy Clothes Parade Entrants must have lost a minimum of 30 pounds in TOPS. Only before and after sizes in TOPS are to be given. Participants must wear regular street wear—no shorts, bathing suites, or body stockings. (Parade will be held during the 1:15 Friday afternoon session. Entrants must be pre-registered and re-register with the appropriate station in order to participate. Special instructions will be given at registration on Friday morning.

Banner much be checked in no later than 4:30pm on Friday. Participants must bring an easel or rack of some sort to hold banner for display. Now banners will be accepted after that deadline.
