BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following Rental Terms & Conditions form the basis of your contract with Apartment 36C, Alto Golf and Country Club. Therefore, please ensure you read this information carefully.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to receipt of a 20% non refundable deposit. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.For booking made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival, full payment will be required to confirm the reservation. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all payments are cleared prior to their departure. We reserve the right to decline a booking. A contract will come into force once we have accepted the booking and a booking confirmation has been issued.You must not sub-let the accommodation or allow persons not listed on the booking form to stay overnight.
Payment
Payment can be made by bankers’ draft, cheque, or cash transfer direct to our bank account (bank details will be provided in these cases). It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all monies due are paid by the due date. Failure to pay monies by the due date may result in thecancellation of the booking and the loss of any payments already received.
Prices
All prices quoted are in GBP.
Changes to your booking
Any change to the booking details after receipt of confirmation is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified to Julie Kerman in writing by the person nominated on the initial booking confirmation. In the event of a cancellation, we would apply the following scale of cancellation charges to the rental cost:
56 – 29 days 50%
28 – 15 days 75 %
14 – 1 day 100%
No refund will be made to clients vacating the property prior to the expiry of the reservation period.
Breakages / Damages
Please be advised that you are liable for any damage to theapartment or its contents. Any breakages or damages should be reported to Julie Kerman and Alto Club Reception as soon as they occur, so they can be rectified prior to the arrival of the next clients.
Liability
The owner cannot accept liability for any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss (including luggage & personal affects), suffered by you or any other visitor to theapartment or swimming pool.
