SCENES FROM AN E-DISCOVERY CASE:

AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP ONWHAT TO DO AND

WHAT NOT TO DO IN MANAGING E-DISCOVERY

Friday, November 3, 2006, 8:45A.M.– 2:00 P.M. (8:00 Registration)

Harvard Club, 35 W 44th Street, New York

There is no fee to attend and breakfast and lunch will be served.

Four hours of CLE credit will be provided for New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or Pennsylvania.

Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure become effective on December 1, and companies need to be ready to handle, cost-effectively, a myriad of e-discovery issues. Using a special videotaped case and interactive discussions with the audience, the panelists will lead the audience through the case, identifying what was done well and the mistakes that were made. The case presentation will be followed by a discussion of practical steps your company can take both before and after litigation hits to reduce costs and minimize liability exposure relating to e-discovery. The program then wraps up with “A View From the Bench,” featuring keynote speaker Judge Harold Baer. Special appreciation is given to Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP; FIOS, Inc.; and Hudson Legal Services for their cooperation in this event.
