streetTRACKS Gold Shares (“GLD”) Marketing Campaign (“Campaign”) in Nov-Dec 2007

Terms and Conditions for the S$20 Robinsons Shopping Vouchers

1.  The Campaign will start from 6 November 2007 to 31 December 2007.

2.  State Street Global Advisors Singapore Limited (the “Promoter”) targets to promote the trading volume and the publicity in respect of GLD via participating brokerage partners designated by the Promoter ("designated participating brokerage partners") during the Campaign Period.

3.  Subject to 4 and 5 below, the prize will consist of one S$20 shopping coupon (Robinson) which will be awarded to each investor for every buy trade (regardless of the contract size) of GLD with the designated participating brokerage partners during the Campaign period.

4.  The shopping coupons will only be available while stocks last.

5.  In compliance with the requirements of the Central Provident Fund ("CPF") Board, for all buy trades paid with CPF fund, the amount of the shopping coupon will be converted into the equivalent amount of cash (plus any applicable transaction fee and GST which is subsidized by the Promoter) and credited to the investor’s CPF account via the relevant CPF agent bank.

6.  The Promoter reserves the right to postpone or cancel the Campaign or any prize associated with the Campaign due to events beyond its control.

7.  The Promoter extends no representations or warranties in respect of the prize and will not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of the prize.

8.  The Promoter will bear no responsibility for any eventual loss of or damage to prizes once they have left the premises from which they are sent, nor for any loss or damages incurred linked to the rewarded prize or the purchase of GLD. The Promoter will bear no responsibility for any technical problem or malfunction that may interrupt telephone lines, networks or problems linked to the poor functioning of the server, the internet provider, electronic devices, software, heavy internet traffic and/or any other issue that may prevent, even temporarily, participation in any purchase of GLD. The Promoter will also bear no responsibility for any damages caused by the malfunctions or problems mentioned above.

9.  The Promoter serves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

10.  These terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the Promoter and the participants.
