Entry - £45 (£40 for Class 1) in advance with a £5.00 First Aid Fee payable on the day
A returnable deposit of £10 will be required on the day to cover bibs
The XC Course will be available for walking from 2pm on Saturday 22nd June

Class 1 XC will be run in an enclosed area in one field.
Body protectors and medical armbands must be worn for cross country. All hats must be BHS Approved.
The course will be closed to all competitors 2 weeks beforehand

This competition will be run under Pony Club ClubRules 2013 ( Judge’s decision final.
Classes will be split according to entries and rosettes will be awarded to 10th in each section
If the competition is cancelled or abandoned up to £15 of each entry fee will be retained in order that liabilities in respect of fees, contracted charges and expenses can be discharged prior to any decision regarding refunds. Withdrawal refunds will only be considered if a replacement entry can be found and will be subjected to a £10 administration fee after the closing date.

Pony Club Entries must be countersigned by the branch DC and have spurs notes if required

All visitors, competitors and officials are bound by Health and Safety Instructions issued by the organisers and should familiarise themselves with displayed Health & Safety Policy displayed in Secretaries
