Highmore Scholarships
The scholarship form process has been streamlined; this form will allow you to apply for several local scholarships by only completing one form. Local scholarships included are:
- Highmore Staff Scholarship
- Schoenhard Scholarship
- Raymond E. & Dolores I. Crane & Trammel Family Scholarship
- J.R. Schlegel Memorial Scholarship
Complete the first two pages of the scholarship application for the above scholarships. The application and questions should be typed. The application can be found on the Public Drive under Ms. Bergeson: Scholarships: Local Application 2018.
Complete additional essay requirements as needed. Please include the scholarship name on the essay. Make copies of the completed application as needed for each scholarship you are applying for. All scholarship applications should be returned to Ms. B no later than 3:00 P.M. on Monday, April2.

Qualifications:
GPA of 2.0 or higher
Must be planning to attend a college, university, or vocational school in the upcoming school year.
Must write a 200-500 word essay:
- Grammatically correct
- Computer generated and double spaced
- Your name must appear in the upper right hand corner of the page
- Students must write essay on:
- What I received from my school years in the Highmore-Harrold School District
Must include a complete resume of school and community involvement
Must demonstrate financial need
Scholarship will be given out at the beginning of the applicant’s second semester after showing successfully completed first semester and enrollment for the second semester
J.R. Schlegel Memorial Scholarship
Essay requirements:

Knights of Columbus Scholarship Application

*Two will be given out
*One scholarship reserved for a student attending a Catholic college or

*Second scholarship awarded to a student attending an institution of higher
