Minutes of the Video Conference Meeting with State Government Officials on the Status of Soil Health card – 06.06.2017
Discussions were held with the State Governments over video to review the Status of progress of Soil Health Card Scheme under the Chairpersonship of JS (INM).
The general feedback obtained from the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Punjab, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal, Assam, Tripura and Puducherry. The Chairperson informed to states that NIC and Bhuvan portal are ready to work for states.
The state-wise salient points discussed are presented below:

2. / Karnataka / The state has completed the target of printing of SHCs and 1% SHCs distribution is pending of cycle-I. State asked for revalidation of funds, JS (INM) informed that revalidation already given.

4. / Tamil Nadu / The state informed that recently they have no distributors for SHCs to the farmers and they are working on this. While till date state has completed 96.88% printing and 96.66% distribution of SHCs.
5. / Telangana / The State reported that printing of 52 lakh SHCs have been completed. While till date state has completed 80.27% printing and 79.95% distribution of SHCs.
II. WEST ZONE
6. / Gujarat / The State said that they are facing problem in uploading SHCs. They are trying to solve it. While till date, state has completed 58.97% printing and 58.97% distribution of SHCs.
7. / Madhya Pradesh / ------
8. / Maharashtra / The state assured that they will complete their targets of printing and distribution by 21st June, 2017. Till date state has completed 94.81% printing and 94.81% distribution of SHCs.
9. / Rajasthan / The state said that they are doing tendering for printing/ distribution of SHCs and printing of 46 lakh SHCs has completed. While till date state has completed 64.59% printing and 63.59% distribution of SHCs.

III. NORTH ZONE
12. / Haryana / The state said that they have printed 23.51 lakh SHCs and distributed 12 lakh SHCs. Till date state has completed 43.32% printing and 26.20% distribution of SHCs.

IV. EAST ZONE

19. / Jharkhand / The state informed that CSC is not cooperating in uploading the data. They assured that they will complete the printing targets by 20th June, 2017 of cycle-I. Till date state has completed 46.60% printing and 37.89% distribution of SHCs. They will complete the collection targets for cycle-II by end of June, 2017
20. / Odisha / The state informed that they will complete their printing targets by end of June, 2017. Till date state has completed 60.17% printing and 58.36% distribution of SHCs.
21. / West Bengal / The state assured that they will complete remaining 19% printing of SHCs by 30th June, 2017 and distribution of SHCs will be completed in end of July, 2017. Till date state has completed 64.55% printing and 64.55% distribution of SHCs.
V. NORTH EAST ZONE
22. / Assam / The state has completed 10.86% printing and 10.02% distribution of SHCs till date.
23. / Tripura / The state asked for their target for soil sample collection and testing during cycle-II. The Chairperson replied that they have given target 16368 samples for the year 2017-18. While the state has completed 58.46% printing and 58.46% distribution of SHCs till date.
24. / Puducherry / The state asked for their target of cycle-II. The Chairperson replied that they have given target 1765 samples for the year 2017-18. The state have been completed their given targets of printing and distribution for cycle-I.
