Comments:
(1)Cattle increase derived from difference of: alternative-benchmark from formual where (# of cows) x (% calf crop) x (weaning weight). So, (22 x 84% x 390) - (20 x 70% x 375) = 1,960 pounds.
(2)Fencing cost amortized at 10% over 20 years or $5,240 x .117 = $613/year.
(3)Fencing cost O&M equals (installation cost) x 10% or ($5,240 x .1) = $524/year.
(4)Well and appurtnenances amortized at 10% over 25 years or $5,040 x .110 = $544/year.
(5)Annual O&M estimated as 2.5% of installation cost of ($5,240 x 2.5%) = $126/year.
