Public Enrollment Lottery: Thursday, February 16, 2017, at 4:30pm

Important Enrollment Items

The following items must be turned in to the Early Childhood Center Office to secure class placement:

  1. Completed Student Enrollment Information Sheet
  2. $250 non-refundable Enrollment Fee via check or cash at time of enrollment

Enrollment Confirmation

You will receive a notification from the Early Childhood Office confirming your child’s spot has been saved in a class for the 2017-2018 school year.

Completion of Enrollment

Completion of Enrollment for NEW students will take place on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

In Mayyou will receive the paperwork needed to complete the enrollment process. Please be sure to complete ALL the paperwork and bring it with you to Completion of Enrollment.

Any family who has secured class placement and does NOT attend Completion of Enrollment will have until Friday, June16,2017, to come by or contact the ECC Office to communicate interest and dedication to the space in the class. If no communication is made on or before June 16, 20167 the space will be made available to someone on the waiting list.

  • Active Members of Redeemer Lutheran Church will receive a 10% tuition discount upon completing the Active Member Discount Application and fulfilling the requirements outlined in the application.
  • A $20 per month discount is given to families with 2 students enrolled in the Early Childhood program 5 days per week.
  • A $100 discount is given if the annual tuition is paid in full by August 15, 2016.
  • The annual tuition amount may be broken up into 10 equal monthly installments payable August – May.
  • The monthly installments will be received by Auto Draft via FACTS.
  • There are three options for the monthly installment Auto Draft
  1. Entire installment on the 1st of each month
  2. Entire installment on the 15th of each month
  3. Half of the installment on the 1st and half of the installment on the 15th of each month
  • An annual enrollment fee of $250is required.
  • Withdrawal from the Early Childhood Center requires a 30 daynotice in writing. Payment for a full 30 days of tuition after the notice is due regardless of student attendance during that time.
