REGISTRATION FOR COMPETITIVE TRAVEL BASKETBALL WILL REQUIRE EACH GIRL TO PARTICIPATE IN A TRYOUT. ANY GIRL NOT BEING SELECTED FOR THESE TEAMS WILL have the opportunity to play in the recreational league which begins in January. YOU MUST BE A BALDWIN-WHITEHALL RESIDENT TO PLAY ON THE TRAVEL TEAMS. Just because your child has played in this league before does not guarantee her a spot on any team. The tryout is for ALL travel players. The league fee is $225.00. All players will be receiving new uniforms this season. The fee for the 8th grade will be $175 they will not be receiving new uniforms. Please send your deposit of $75 with your registration. If you decide not to participate your check will be returned. All league fees must be paid in full by
November 27th. The league will offer one fundraiser. **If league costs are an issue please see Sue Brady and payment arrangements will be made.
Travel League is available for grades: 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade.
We will be offering an in house league this winter. Registration for the recreational league will begin in mid November. More detail will be made available soon.
Please complete the form and mail it with your check to the above address. If you are registering more than one child, you may photocopy this form. If you know of a family who has just moved into the community or has not received this invitation to register, please refer them to one of the officers listed below.

I/We, the parents of the above named candidate for a position on a BWGYBA team, hereby give my/our approval to her participation in any and all activities during the current season. I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including but not limited to transportation to/from the activities. I/We do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnity and agree to hold harmless BWGYBA, organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and persons of any injury to my/our child except to the extent and in the amount covered by liability insurance. I/We agree to return upon request the equipment issued to my/our child in the condition as when I/We received the same, except for normal wear/tear.

Payment information – We are changing the way we collect league fees this year. The league will ask that upon making the team in addition to your deposit that is sent in with your registration you will be required to write two checks each for $75.00.
1st check $75.00 deposit due with registration
2nd check $75.00 dated October 23, 2015
3rd check $75.00 dated November 27, 2015 – Checks will be cashed on those dates
A fundraiser will be offered in late October – You will keep all profits from this fundraiser!
