HEALTH FAIR PARTICIPATION APPLICATION
At Whole Foods Market, we strive to educate the community about good food, good health and a sustainable future. Through application review, Whole Foods Market will participate in local health fairs, educational series and community events. We can customize our set-up to generate the most impact at a local event. Often, our set-up includes healthy snack samples, store coupons, and informational literature on health, environment and our store. Educational classes and cooking classes are also available through application review.
In general, Whole Foods Market attends events with 50 to 500 participants. Events can be open to the public, or for a private organization and/or company. Whole Foods Market requires a completed application at least 30 days in advance for consideration. Cooking classes and educational classes require an application at least six weeks in advance.
All companies and organizations who meet our guidelines are eligible for this type of event participation. However, organizations and companies may only apply for and receive a health fair participation once a year, unless otherwise specified by our Healthy Eating Specialist. All attended events are reviewed for consideration annually. Participation in a previous event does not ensure future participation.
To request health fair or event participation, please complete the application in full. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please include any applicable information about your event, including a mission statement and list of current programs. If your organization is nonprofit, please attach a copy of your organization’s 501(c)3 form.
