Agreement and Payment Terms
What we do…..
Caring for our dogs is fun so we will promise to:
- Discuss all suitable dogs with you before we can make a booking
- We respect your right to decline any dog that is not suitable to you
- We will send you a thankyou cheque at the end of the month.
Happy Dog Day Care endeavour to take all necessary steps to match dogs with suitable carers, and assess the temperament of each dog.
What you do…..
Our policy is to offer a superior, caring, safe and professional service and ask that you:
- Provide a safe, loving and clean environment for the dog you care for.
- Ensure the dog is handled by a competent person at all times.
- Dog is not left alone with children at any time.
- Maintain a good relationship with the owners and their dogs.
- Respond promptly to all correspondence with Happy Dog Day Care and Sleepovers.
- Make sure your garden is secure and safe so that the dog cannot escape or
injure themselves.
I acknowledge that all clients are owned by Happy Dog Day Care, all payments for services are to be made to Happy Dog Day Care and not to me being the carer.
All bookings are to be made through Happy Dog Day Care and not by myself the carer.
I acknowledge that becoming a carer I do so at my own risk and in the event of any damage or distraction to my property or person/s relating to the dog/s in my care or during home feeding and walking I release Happy Dog Care from any liability and cost.
I acknowledge that while I am home feeding or walking from the owners home that I am honest, have undertaken a police check and respect the instructions the owners have given to Happy Dog Day Care in regards to caring for their pets in their own home. I will not enter into any area of the property or touch anything in their home or on their property unless I was instructed by the owners to do so.
Any damage incurred by myself on any property of the pet owner while I am caring for their pets will be paid for by me and not Happy Dog Day Care.
I acknowledge that my services will be paid at the end of every job and that I have discussed the fees with Happy Dog Day Care.
I acknowledge that once accepting a booking that I honour my commitment and see it through unless in the case of an emergency which prevents me from doing so, in which case I will notify Happy Dog Day Care immediately.
I hereby confirm that the information I have provided to Happy Dog Day Care is to the best of my knowledge to be true and correct.
By submitting this form, you have completed this application form to the best of your ability and agree to the terms and conditions of Happy Dog Day Care.
Terms of this contract will be reviewed on a half yearly basis and any breach of the agreement will result in the cancellation of your association with Happy Dog Day Care.
