(4) Discuss management of an ICU patient diagnosed with delirium.

(5) Discuss management of a patient with Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) and Cardiogenic Shock.

(6) Discuss the management of a patient with a non-traumatic brain injury.

(7) Discuss evidence-based interventions that improve ICU patient safety and outcomes.

Registrations post-marked after 9/12/08 will be considered onsite registrations. Onsite registrations are welcome, but be prepared to take a little longer at the registration desk when you arrive.

Payment

Payment must accompany this form. Where appropriate, a copy of a LVHHN check request is sufficient. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed until payment is received.

Fees, Cancellations and Substitutions

Registration fee for the conference includes the educational program and any food event listed in this brochure. There is a no-refund policy for this conference; however, you are able to transfer your registration to another person. A completed registration form for that person is due with your written cancellation request and must be received prior to the registration deadline. Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network reserves the right to substitute faculty listed in this brochure and will provide comparable alternative faculty.
