·Our 2018 Food Truck Rally was miscommunicated. It is FRIDAY 8/10/18. Time to start sharing the date & beneficiary! Looking for $50k in sponsorships. Can you help?

  • Sponsorship Form is completed & Food Truck Application almost done.
  • New Member update. 100+ current Members. It is time to submit your renewal. Dues are $50 if you are willing to volunteer 8-10 hours in 2018 to assist the organization. If you are unable to do this, you should choose the $100 renewal option.
  • Treasurer Report. Bryan Boynton. We are currently finalizing our 2018 budget.
  • Thanks to those that helped support Lakota West’s “Be the Difference.”
  • Brett Harpel that leads the Future Vision team has shared some ideas & samples our first tchotchkes. Budget is $2000. We are finalizing the options to be sure we have them for the Shamrock Shuffle.
  • Future Vision team meeting presentations on Monday 2/19 3PM-5:30pm. Executive Team welcome to attend. 2 perspective marketing teams to review.
  • February Sponsorship Requests:

·Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Event: $500, $750, $1500 or $2500

  • January Sponsorship requests approved:

·Shamrock Shuffle is requesting $2,500 (approved)

·LW Booster Bash Sponsorship is requesting $50-$1,000 (denied)

  • January Grant Requests approved:

·WC Arts Counsel $250

·Cincy Top Soccer $250

  • No more than $1000 can be granted as a total in a month.
