For each physical activity session lasting 30 minutesor more that you have, record these sessions in your booklet and ask your parent/guardian to verify this with a signature.

This can be either;

  • On your own
  • With a family member
  • Within an organised activity/lesson/club in school or outside of school

Any physical activity counts;

  • Recreational
  • Non-competitive
  • Competitive

When you have participated in 350separate physical activity sessions you will need to hand your physical activity book into Mrs Reed in reception. It will then be signed, recorded and a certificate will be awarded to you.

PLEASE NOTE: An activity session must be a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate/vigorous activity. If your child takes part in physical activity for longer than 30 minutes it must still be recorded as one activity session.
