This is Rob Robertson transmitting from Christian Co. I wanted to relay some traffic I have been hearing from boaters along the Ohio. Apparently, the Ohio was running backwards toward Paducah for 8-10 hours after the quake. It seems that the flow has returned to normal now, but I wanted to pass on the information.
